The client was looking to improve their customer and employee experience by streamlining its booking and admin management processes. Our one-stop application covers end-to-end vessel management, enabling better tracking for passengers as well as roster management for captains and crew. Customer experience transformation with an interactive dashboard showcases a number of details ranging from trip details to payment and API-integrated weather, sea state details, etc.

To enhance the client’s customer and employee experience, we developed a comprehensive one-stop application for end-to-end vessel management. This solution streamlined booking and administrative processes, offering improved tracking for passengers and efficient roster management for captains and crew. 

Our interactive dashboard transformed the customer experience by providing detailed trip information, payment tracking, e-signatures, trip cancellations, and bookings. We also enabled integration with their existing weather API that provides details on weather, temperature, and sea state. Admins have access to the dashboard that allows data to be sorted as per various factors including port, pier, booking type, routes, etc. 

The client enhanced fleet expansion and agility using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for seamless service deployment and real-time data monitoring via Pub/Sub, ensuring maximum vessel efficiency. They secured operations with Cloud Armour and stored data in scalable Cloud SQL. Artefact Registry and Cloud Build were used to ensure secure and reliable updates.
