The client is one of India’s leading insurance providers, offering a diverse portfolio of products such as health, motor, home, and travel insurance. With a focus on customer-first services, they use technology to deliver seamless insurance experiences and remain committed to creating innovative solutions for different customer groups.
They encountered challenges in catering to varied advisor requirements across recruitment, onboarding, lead management, personalized sales, and support. In addition, tracking performance and revenue lacked efficiency, impacting overall advisor productivity.
To address these needs, we built a Sales Super App designed for over 150K insurance advisors. The platform simplifies workflows across claims, renewals, quotes, and performance monitoring, while offering actionable insights that help advisors improve efficiency and maximize earnings.

Our Solution
Leveraging our expertise in building robust and scalable super apps on Google Cloud, Niveus recommended adopting the Google Cloud stack to design a tailored Sales Super App for insurance advisors. The objective was to streamline client workflows and drive greater operational efficiency.
The final solution emerged as a comprehensive super app functioning as a single platform for advisors. It enables claim management, renewals, quote issuance, and performance tracking, while offering actionable insights to enhance productivity and earnings. Delivered under tight timelines, the project required three dedicated teams working in parallel across multiple modules.
The technology stack was built for scalability and reliability, featuring Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for container orchestration, Cloud Armor for security, and Cloud Composer for orchestrating data workflows. Cloud SQL Postgres underpins transactional processing, while Google Analytics and QlikSense deliver real-time insights for decision-making. The front end was developed using Flutter and ReactJS, while the back end was powered by Node.js and Spring Boot microservices. This modular microservices architecture ensures smooth policy issuance, integrated KYC and payment processing, and real-time visibility, resulting in improved scalability, efficiency, and advisor performance.
