It offers services such as parking slot booking, FASTag-related services, and car insurance renewals through its app. The company has partnered with various businesses, malls, and residential complexes to provide parking management solutions across India.

The client aimed to enhance the customer experience by introducing a personalized car recommendation chatbot. This chatbot is designed to engage users in natural language, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles. It also offers features for comparing different models and displaying high-quality images. By integrating this chatbot into their website and mobile app, the client seeks to streamline the car-buying process and deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience.

We collaborated with the client to develop a sophisticated, personalized car recommendation chatbot aimed at elevating the customer experience. The chatbot interacts with users in natural language, understands their preferences, and provides tailored vehicle suggestions, including comparison tools and high-quality visuals. By incorporating this chatbot into their website and mobile app, the client simplified the car-buying journey, making it more seamless and user-friendly. 

To achieve this, we leveraged GenAI for natural language understanding and car recommendations; and integrated Cloud SQL to manage personalized recommendations based on user data and car details. The application allows users to compare and research the available vehicle options against their desires and preferences. The application tailors its responses to six distinct personas based on users’ preferences. 

The application pulls data from both the client’s GCP-hosted database and the internet, with APIs secured to avoid bias by sourcing information only from authenticated websites. The solution was rolled out in phases, from GenAI integration to Cloud SQL implementation, followed by system testing and optimization to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a seamless user experience.
