Our Solution

The client had a monolithic .NET application on Azure handling post-delivery vehicle tasks. To enhance the user experience and support post-booking features, we transitioned to a microservices architecture. This shift enabled independent scaling, easier management, and seamless addition of new features without disrupting existing ones, boosting flexibility and adaptability.

Using an agile methodology, we prioritized modules based on business needs, starting with the highest priority. We identified epics, features, and stories, breaking down the work into short, testable deliverables. This iterative approach ensured efficient development aligned with business requirements.

The solution utilizes a cutting-edge tech stack for top-tier performance, scalability, and security. Native Android and iOS frontends ensure a seamless user experience, while a Java Spring Boot backend with an MS SQL Database provides robust data management. Key Azure components like Azure Repository, VM, Container Registry, AKS, Redis Cache, Event Grid, and Service Bus streamline operations and enhance responsiveness.

The automated deployment pipeline ensures quality and security. Azure API Management secures API traffic, while AKS‘ autoscaling and private endpoints guarantee reliable microservices deployment. Nginx ingress controller and Linkerd service mesh optimize traffic routing and observability, with Logic Apps automating notifications.

This stack ensures high availability, security, and scalability, delivering an exceptional user experience and efficient management.
