Last year, Niveus partnered with a booming maritime innovator in Singapore to enhance their application using Google Cloud technologies. The collaboration reduced operational costs, improved agility and security, and delivered 50% savings in infrastructure costs, while also accelerating Time-to-Market by 50%.
In collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra, Niveus reimagined the digital buying experience for the Mahindra XUV 3XO launch. By building a best-in-class e-commerce booking platform powered by Cloud Spanner, we supported up to 5 million concurrent users with zero downtime. The launch set records, achieving 50,000 bookings in the first hour and 100,000 in just 30 minutes, while delivering 38% cost savings and a seamless customer experience.
We also built a Super App for HDFC ERGO; with 27000+ downloads on iOS and Android in the first 6 months, the app was a comprehensive digital platform designed to simplify insurance management. It allows users to buy, renew, and track policies, file claims, and access a range of services all in one place. With an intuitive interface and AI-driven support, the app enhances customer convenience and ensures seamless policy management.
We also developed a GenAI-powered chatbot for their insurance advisors, enhancing customer interactions with real-time insights and personalized recommendations. The solution streamlined query resolution, improving efficiency and user experience.
