The Client’s leadership was looking for a common platform that could simplify reporting on MBR, QBR, P&B, projects, stocks, and key issues across their various business channels. Prior to our solution, the business data from across the verticals was recorded in Excel sheets and delivered to the chairman by the Chairman’s office staff. 

We developed a business intelligence application that provides the Chairman and CXOs with a comprehensive view of business performance, enabling real-time monitoring of financial reports, infrastructure projects, business unit performance, and market dynamics for informed decision-making.

We developed a business intelligence app (for mobile and web) that allows the chairman to have a comprehensive view of the business. The dashboard developed for visualizing financial reports serves as a powerful tool for the Chairman, CXOs, and the Chairman’s office, enabling them to easily identify key issues and make plans for resolution. The Chairman can view the status of ongoing infrastructure projects across the business, providing a comprehensive overview of progress and resource allocation. 

Additionally, the dashboard allows for the quick identification of underperforming and overperforming business units, facilitating targeted decision-making. The solution also includes real-time monitoring of share prices, currencies, and commodities, offering critical insights into market dynamics that can inform strategic planning and investment decisions.

The solution leverages a microservices architecture for enhanced flexibility and scalability. Each microservice focuses on a single business capability (Modularity), allowing for independent deployment without disrupting other services. Decentralized data management ensures each service controls its database, enabling scalability and customization. Fault isolation improves reliability, preventing failures in one service from affecting the entire system.

We developed a sophisticated, customizable notification system to streamline real-time communication of critical business updates to the Chairman and relevant CXOs. Leveraging a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system, this solution ensures that the Chairman receives a comprehensive view of all business data. At the same time, each CXO accesses information pertinent only to their specific domain. This targeted approach enhances security, promotes focus, and supports informed decision-making by precisely delivering relevant insights to those needing them.
